David explains how police In Gbagada Unjustly Arrested him and collected 10,000 for bail
A Lagos resident named David Okwulili speaks about his ordeal in the hands of police anti cultists unit in Gbagada during one of their patrol.
David Said he left his house around past 6pm on the 3rd of June 2020 to get plastic buckets with a friend because he just moved into a new apartment around Gbagada. On returning, he said he branched into a saloon to have hair cut which was around past 7pm.
He claimed he was done with hair cut by quarter to 8pm then paid and left, he got across the road to take Napep from the salon to where he stays. The next thing, he saw four men in black, boldly written on their shirt “Anti Cultism Unit” with guns. Then one of them grabbed him from the waist, while he was told to get into the bus.
On getting to the station he said there’s alot of them in the cell that were arrested without committing any crime and they were bailed at 10,000Naira per person and they’re over 200 people that were arrested.
